⭐⭐⭐⭐ – A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Baltimore Had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Baltimore—from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. The front desk staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. A great first impression that set the tone for the rest of the stay. Valet parking was efficient and hassle-free, and what stood out throughout my visit was how consistently kind and attentive the entire staff was. Everyone I encountered asked how my day was going or if I needed anything. It’s the little things, and this place gets them right. The hotel itself is in great shape—modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was very spacious, the white towels were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was roomy and spotless. Having a little kitchenette was an added bonus—super convenient whether you’re staying for work or just want some flexibility. The location is also a big plus—downtown Baltimore, close to everything, easy to get around whether you’re walking, driving, or Ubering. I was there for business, but honestly, I’d recommend this place for anyone—business, leisure, or a bit of both. Definitely five stars from me. Give it a try—you won’t regret it.

Our family stayed here from 1/28/26 - 1/30/26 due to medical reasons. The hotel was clean and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Rachel and Tyshaun who went above and beyond. Both staff members were more than welcoming and helpful. Valet and Concierge was awesome as well. The hotel was convenient to Mercy Hospital. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel when you want an elevated boutique hotel feel without breaking the bank. Check in was easy and everyone we encountered in the lobby were welcoming and helpful. We decided to valet for the weekend, and it was a great call vs. dealing with the garage—the valet with the stylish glasses and fab orange jacket was ah-mazingly charming. It was quick & easy to retrieve our vehicle all weekend. We grabbed drinks and some food at the Poet bar before our concert—the bartenders were fantastic, my seasonal cocktail was delicious, and I highly recommend the naked wings with honey Old Bay sauce on the side. I had booked our room specifically for the bathtub for post concert self-care and the bath/shower set up was great but I do think the bathroom could use an actual door vs a barn-style sliding.

From the moment I stepped into Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown, I knew this wasn’t just another hotel — it was an experience worth remembering. The lobby feels more like an art gallery than a check-in desk, with vibrant touches and surprising design details that hint at the personality of the city outside. It sets the tone perfectly: stylish without feeling pretentious, welcoming without being generic. My room was a great blend of comfort and character. The bed was plush and instantly inviting, the bedding crisp and fresh, and the thoughtful little touches throughout — from the curated artwork to the high-quality toiletries — made it feel like a boutique stay, not just a place to sleep. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and quiet atmosphere; even in the heart of downtown, I slept soundly. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every interaction — from the front desk greeting to housekeeping passing in the hallway — felt genuinely warm. They were happy to offer local recommendations, check in to make sure everything was perfect, and always did it with a smile. It made the entire stay feel personal and cared-for. Location couldn’t be better. Within easy walking distance of historic neighborhoods, great restaurants, theaters, and cultural hotspots, it felt like the perfect base for both exploring downtown Baltimore and enjoying nights in. And after long days of sightseeing or meetings, returning to a room that felt refreshing and comfortable made all the difference. Whether you’re in town for business, a weekend getaway, or just want a hotel with character and thoughtful service, Hotel Indigo delivers in every way. Stylish rooms, standout service, and a vibe that makes you want to come back — this place earns every one of its five stars.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The detail, design and atmosphere were amazing. Staff were super kind and welcoming. The king suite we stayed in was luxury and to my surprise I slept very well. If you are traveling or like me having a surgery downtown I certainly recommend staying here.

Good central downtown location. Offers a wonderful breakfast selection (recommend getting complementary breakfast when making reservation if possible). Also recommend a corner room for the view. Room was clean and well maintained. Only downside was that we enjoy the Inner Harbor area and although close, not an easy winter walk and the Lyft ride cost added up over 3 days.

As soon as you pull up you are treated as a VIP. We were here 2 years ago and enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Back again because it'a a 3-day weekend so why not? The front desk staff is full of personality and Carlton, the all-the-things guy is A1, full of facts and willing to share them. Love this place from the staff to the location, which is very close to the Walter's Art Museum.
